  • Women’s circle - monthly

    An opportunity to commune with other women in a safe and nourishing container where we share and celebrate what makes us unique. For us women to align in our joy, light, and truly divine nature while we expand our personal healing and sense of community. Together we will explore supportive breathwork, gentle movement, traditional Chinese medicine concepts, and tension releasing practices. It will also give us an opportunity to reflect both individually and in a small group about being in our power and what it means to rest in wholeness, regardless of our life paths and experiences.

  • Readings

    Get a private oracle reading with Maria from the comfort of your home. In this virtual appointment you will have the opportunity to connect to your own intuition, seek guidance and find clarity.

    Maria has extensive personal and professional experience with oracle readings. She will use one of her favorite decks for the session (or you can choose a deck that speaks to you from the list available once the appointment is set).

    For each session you can expect a calm, supportive, and judgment free environment where you can gain insight into your own unique path and open yourself to your own inner wisdom.

    Join me live for 30 minutes of meditation and breath work. Whether you join me for one class or make it regularly, I will offer a variety of practices with one common goal: to help you navigate your internal landscape and become rooted in the present moment. All levels welcome.

  • Yin & Restore

    In this 60 minute live Restorative class we will hold poses while being supported by props as we invite our bodies to relax and our nervous systems to soothe and decompress. No prior experience required.

  • MFR/ Myofascial release

    In this 30 minutes therapeutic session we will work with the network of tissue that connects and supports muscles, joints, bones, and organs. Through this practice, you may bring back mobility, improve movements patterns, and release tension. Recommended: myofascial release balls, rollers, yoga blocks

  • Private 1-1 Sound healing session

    Sound healing is a beautiful practice that targets the nervous system & brainwaves (theta, alpha, beta) to help us feel relaxed, alert, focused, and grounded. Depending on your goals for the session, I can stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system to help the body’s organs and tissues rest, heal and regenerate. Similarly through rhythmic drumming we can work with altered brain states for profound insights.

    In a sound healing session multiple instruments can be used such as alchemical crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, flutes, rattles, Koshi chimes, and more. All with one common goal: to invite your body & mind to reset, expand, heal, and come back to its natural balanced state.

  • Private 1-1 Breathwork

    Powerful and personal breath work sessions to both unlock and explore your own consciousness, release tension, unwind, and if applicable hold space for trauma release.

  • Sound Healing - group session

    This is a potent and transformative practice that provides you with a space to slow down and receive the healing vibrations of sound. In this sessions I use a combination of sacred sound tools ( crystal bowls, rattles, chimes, and more) to help restore your body to its natural balanced state.

    Single class or A package of 5 sessions where we work together in a 1-1 setting online to develop your own skills ( Yoga, Mediation, or combined)

  • Slow Flow

    In this slow but active class we will move through familiar yoga poses to build strength and flexibility while we harness our connection to the breath and the body. Think “Hatha meets Vinyasa”.
